Gary Null's Muscle - Rice Protein is composed of plant sources. It contains no animal or dairy products. Additionally it is fortified with Methionine, Leucine, Valine, Isoleucene, and Lysine (Amino Acids) to compensate for the most common limited factors in a strict vegetarian diet.

Directions: Add one (1) scoop of Gary Null's Muscle to eight (8) ounces of your favorite juice or beverage. An electric blender is preferable, however, powders will disperse readily with rigorous stirring in a glass of juice. Increase or decrease the liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency.
With Juice: Try a shake made with chilled apple juice, orange juice or grape juice. Experiment with blending your own mix of fresh juices for a variety of pleasant tasting surprises! Add a banana to any juice for a meal in a glass.
