As a Certified Personal Trainer, I work with clients to help
them achieve their health and fitness goals. I train most
of my clients in their homes. My challenge was finding
aerobic exercises that could be done at home especially
when the weather was less than ideal.
I started using the rebounder with clients in their homes
for the aerobic exercises. Everyone loved it! The
exercises on the rebounder were easy on the joints and
the variety kept it fun. We quickly added light hand weights
to the routines to tone and strengthen the upper body. We
even used the rebounder for our abdominal exercises.

Clients were getting excellent results – more energy, improved
muscle tone, weight loss. They told me time and time again that
they simply felt better after a few minutes on the rebounder.
For those of you not yet familiar with a rebounder - it can be best
described as a 'mini-trampoline'. On the rebounder, you can
perform a variety of gentle bouncing exercises known as
rebounding.
The health benefits of rebounding are well documented. The up
and down movements of rebounding provide a positive benefit to
every cell in the body. Rebounding increases the circulation which
especially benefits the brain and heart.
The rebounder is much less expensive and more versatile than a
treadmill. And now the rebounders fold up so that they are
portable. My clients are taking them on vacation so they don’t miss
a workout. For me, that’s great to hear.
